About

I know the hot seat: 20+ years of P&L, innovating, presenting, building brands, and managing teams. I got involved with Generative AI nearly 3 years ago when I realized AI systems would soon be deciding which brands to recommend, how to describe them, whether to mention them—without brands having any input.

That's why I started the Brand AI Report. Your customers are already using AI for product recommendations. AI won't automatically represent your brand the way you want—far from it. It decides who gets listed based on factors most brands don't understand yet. I want to help leaders see what's happening and direct it.

What I Do

I help premium brands prevent algorithmic commoditization in AI-powered commerce. Through my Agentic Commerce Readiness Program, I work with leadership teams to audit how AI systems currently represent their brands, establish authoritative brand documentation AI can reference, and build the infrastructure to maintain brand positioning as AI adoption accelerates.

I work independently with Elizabeth "Betsy" Pearce, Esq., a luxury brand M&A attorney, and partner with the effectivRAI team for technical assessment capabilities. My only objective is your brand's competitive position in AI-mediated commerce.
